Our approach to H&S management is to make it a user friendly and intuitive experience. We achieve this by evolving the Health and Safety Management System beyond policies and procedures to an outcomes-focussed tool based on common principles applicable to assets in any location.

Embedding health and safety within the central functions of NextEnergy Group, promotes organisational awareness of risk management and risk control across all areas of the business. This allows for well-considered and consistent H&S decision making across the various disciplines within the Group.

H&S Risk is not generic and in developing our teams understanding, we empower them to take informed decisions around the risks that are a natural part of the renewable energy industry.

Reporting of incidents against clearly defined criteria, allows for accurate reporting and comparison of asset/contractor performance. When combined with experienced H&S investigators within the team, allows for enhanced investigations of any significant or outlying incidents.
