Sara's Bio
Sara is NextEnergy Group’s Head of Legal and Compliance and a member of the Group Leadership Team.
She brings over 15 years’ experience across private equity, fund formation and regulatory affairs in the UK and EU. Sara has built her career as a senior in-house lawyer at leading firms including Generation Investment Management, Equistone Partners Europe and Doughty Hanson, specialising in the development of robust legal and governance frameworks and supporting the integration of ESG principles within investment platforms.
Sara has lived and worked in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Russia, bringing a strong international perspective to her role. She is fluent in French and German and a native Welsh speaker.
