Stephen's Bio
Stephen is NextEnergy Capital’s Investment Director & UK Legal Counsel, and he is also currently interim Head of Legal and Compliance for NextEnergy Group whilst we complete the recruitment process for this role.
Stephen has extensive experience in the UK energy sector, having previously served as General Counsel & Company Secretary of Good Energy Group plc and Legal Director at Centrica/British Gas. Since 2010, he has focused on clean technologies and renewable generation, also advising firms on strategic risk management, regulation and corporate PPAs. Stephen began his M&A career as a solicitor at Eversheds in 2002.
