Our Hiring Process

We are committed to making your hiring experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible - our dedicated in-house Talent Team leads you every step of the way.

If you are approached for a role or respond to an advertisement, your profile will be carefully assessed against the requirements of the position and the Group’s values.

Our interview process typically consists of at least three interviews, first with the hiring manager, followed by other team members.

This format allows you to gain detailed insight into the role, your future colleagues, and our vibrant company culture. Initial interviews are almost always via Teams (video), however if you may be asked to attend an in-person interview during the more advanced stages of selection.
