The majority of our colleagues embrace a ‘hybrid working’ model, with around 2 days spent working at our offices, and the remainder working from home.

About 20% of our team members, particularly those in smaller-scale regions, work almost entirely remotely, coming together in person with colleagues occasionally for team-building, learning and social events.
